District

The Borough of Fair Lawn is split into four distinct fire districts. The district pictured below is Fair Lawn Fire Company #3's primary response area for all calls requiring a single engine response, such as a car fire or a motor vehicle accident. District 3 is comprised mostly of residential structures, with a handful of commercial structures, a small industrial section, one hotel, and 3 schools. The district also contains a railroad and 2 major roadways, NJ Route 4 (also known as Broadway) and NJ Route 208.

The area starts on the North side of River Rd, to the Paramus Border and from the East side of Morlot Ave. to the Elmwood Park and Saddle Brook borders.
