Welcome to the online home of Fair Lawn Volunteer Fire Company 3. This site was developed to inform and educate the resident's of Fair Lawn, as well as serving as a online resource for the company's members. Fire Company 3 is a 100% volunteer organization devoted to providing fire protection to the businesses and residents of the Borough of Fair Lawn. We were founded in 1924 by a small group of residents, whose full time occupations ranged from businessmen to carpenters. We hope you find our site useful, fun, and informational, and we are always accepting your comments and suggestions.

Engine 3 and Rescue on Broadway MVA

On October 9th, at 1645 hrs., Engine 3, Rescue 1 & 2 were dispatched to Broadway west at Midland Ave for a motor vehicle accident-rollover. 977(Chief Zak) arrived on scene and confirmed a one vehicle MVA with the driver self-extricated. 977 advised that the vehicle was smoking and requested a water can for standby. Upon arrival firefighters pulled the water can and investigated, finding the smoke was coolant hitting the hot engine. Rescue arrived on scene and started absorbing the fluids leaking into the roadway. The driver was evalutated by Fair Lawn Ambulance and St. Joes Paramedics and later refused transport. Fire Co. 3 Golf Outing - Thanks to everyone!

Fair Lawn Fire Co. 3 would like to thank everyone for participating in this years outing. The event was held at the Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park,NJ.
